March 2008 News
[3/6/2008] - At the Regular Membership Meeting of February 27, 2008, I announced the appointment of Michael Murphy a new Organizer for Local 483.  Michael will be working mainly in the counties of Marin and Sonoma.  I believe that with a full-time Organizer in these two (2) Counties we will be able to increase our market share and provide more opportunities for our membership. link

California State Pipe Trades Council Scholarship Foundation Awards
[2/11/2008] - Click here to view the 2008 Scholarship Application process for the California State Pipe Trades. Sons and daughters of Pipe Trades Union Members may apply for the Scholarships.  The parent of the applicant must be a current member of a Local Union affiliated with the California State Pipe Trades Council, and in good standing for at least one (1) year immediately preceding submission of the Scholarship Application. Applications will be accepted between January 1 and March 31, 2008.  A US Postal Service Official Postmark of March 31 will be accepted. link
